A Richmond native and passionate outdoorsman, I started my career in forestry after studying environmental and biological science. As a passionate conservationist, I wanted my work to ultimately make the world better. After a couple of years out in the woods, I wanted to shoot for something bigger, work that would make a bigger impact. I became interested in how some brands use their resources to advocate causes and solve problems with the way that they market themselves. They are able to influence culture in a positive way, at a larger scale that government policy and science aren't able to. They build community, tell stories, and give people purpose.
As a recent graduate of the Creative Brand Management track I combine my past research experience with my knowledge of branding to uncover insights that inform brand strategy.
